※We recommend you'll use PDI piston & Guide.
Inner Dia.tolerance is ±0.01mm even CS(carbon steel)
Generally,steel is really cheaper material compared to Aluminium or Stainless steel.
But we found & got high auality material as carbon steel.Its tolerance is same as stainless pipe.
Done Parkerized "MIL-P-16232D"
We processed "MIL-P-16232D" to be get realism.
※This is not beauty cause real rifle is required only decay durability.
We use "Laser welding" & "4 parallel pins" for combination of boss & body.
Come with the KOUTETSU Cylinder Head.

As compared to"Precision(Stainless steel)","Palsonite" & "Parkerized"
Situation；In the room、05 Inner Barrel 495mm、PDI 85 SPRING、PDI HOP Chamber(the strongest hop level) & HD piston.
"Precision(Stainless steel)" 85m/sec
"Parkerized" 87m/sec
"Palsonite" 91m/sec
Palsonite is the best cause that process is to be less friction.
Parkerized has not less friction,so it's almost same as just stainless steel.
About Corrosion Control
As compared to"Precision(Stainless steel)","Palsonite" & "Parkerized"
Precision is the most resistant for rusting.
Palsonite is tend to rust compared to just stainless steel.
Parkerized process is also not for resistance.
So please keep oil maintenance if you want to keep clean.
